V3 — Split view: pick an order, the panel walks you through it

• The workflow stepper makes the process impossible to misread: Claim → Purchase & deliver — and when a replacement starts, the buyer-approval steps appear nested inside the replacement branch, right next to the revealed sale price. You can see that approval only exists there.
• Best for working one order start-to-finish: the current step holds the single primary button, and exceptions, pricing, notes and the full activity trail all live in the same panel — no drill-downs or hidden menus.
• Tradeoff — weaker at scanning many orders at once: the compact list shows fewer fields than today's table (no row / ordered / internal-notes columns side by side), so bulk triage is slower than a table view.
• Tradeoff — bigger visual departure from the current table, so the team would need a short adjustment period.
