V4 — Guided sheets: the row is for scanning, the sheet is for doing

• Builds on the pattern the team already uses daily: orders are completed in a right-side sheet today, so every exception is handled in one guided "order workspace" sheet of the same family.
• The sheet always reopens at the current stage of the replacement pipeline (Source → Buyer approval → Fulfill), so a handoff mid-replacement is safe — the next person sees exactly where it stands. Buyer approval only exists as step 2 of that pipeline.
• The table stays exactly like today — the only additions are the stage dots under the status badge and a ⚑ button to open the workspace.
• Tradeoff: notes and pricing are two clicks away, and the sheet covers part of the table while open.
