V6 — Quiet menu: one button, one link, zero ceremony

• Every row has one primary button (the next step) and a small Can't fulfill? link — nothing else.
• The link opens a two-option popover right where you clicked: Need a replacement pass or Something else is blocking. Choosing replacement starts it instantly and opens the workspace.
• The sale price is never mentioned anywhere. No locks, no "hidden" rows, no warnings. It simply appears — "Sold for $X" — inside the replacement workspace once a replacement exists, and vanishes if it's cancelled.
• Tradeoff: the reveal is one click with no confirm — fastest, but easiest to trigger by accident.
