V7 — Choice sheet: the decision lives inside the workspace

• Same guided workspace as V4, opened by a plain Can't fulfill? link (V1-style) instead of a flag button.
• The choice screen never mentions price. Two cards — Need a replacement pass or Something else is blocking — describe the workflow, not the reveal. Only after you pick replacement does the sheet flip to the staged wizard, where "Sold for $X" appears.
• Full context in the sheet: progress dots (Source → Buyer approval → Fulfill), pricing, and the notes/activity timeline. The sold price also shows as a pricing row — but only while the replacement is active.
• Tradeoff: two clicks to start a replacement (open sheet, pick card), in exchange for a calm, explicit decision point.
