V8-A · Polar — V8’s flow, restyled: quiet indigo minimalism

• Can't fulfill? opens a centered chooser — Replace the pass or Report a blocking issue. No popover to miss, no sheet to scan; one clear decision, then straight to work.
• Choosing replacement produces a "Replacement brief" in the workspace: sold price front and center, what the buyer bought, and sourcing guidance (comparable lot, keep cost at or under the sold price).
• While a replacement is active, the row itself shows a small "Sold $X" tag under the Lot/Section — the number follows you to where you're actually comparing lots. It disappears with the replacement. Before that, price is mentioned nowhere.
• Row comment icon — the same speech-bubble notes button as the tickets tab: count badge, highlighted when notes exist, and it expands an inline notes thread right under the row (avatars, timestamps, quick compose).
• Tradeoff: richest replacement context of the three; the modal chooser is one more surface than V6's inline popover.
