What changed vs today (and what didn't)
Unchanged: same table columns, status badges, archived toggle + Reopen, and the same Fulfill sheet (purchase site, account, actual cost, order #, delivery method) with XP on completion.
Shared queue: everyone sees all assignment orders. The In Progress badge already names the claimer — your rows are tinted with a ME tag. My/All toggle persists.
Claim replaces Fulfill on unclaimed rows: claiming records who + when. Try Cowboys vs Eagles for the two-people-claim-at-once conflict.
Urgency chip (Overdue / <3h / <72h) sits in the Date & Time column; default sort is nearest event first; one quick filter for 72h.
Flags, not new statuses: Pending Issue / Pending Buyer Approval / Needs Replacement are chips under the status badge — the order stays In Progress with the same assignee, and stays in Assignments (never the XHP tab).
Sale price gated: hidden everywhere until Needs Replacement is confirmed (see Morgan Wallen). Then it appears in the drill-down and the Fulfill sheet. Cost workflow unchanged.
Notes & history in the row drill-down (▸ Details), like the existing Notes/History pattern — timestamped notes + claim/flag/cost/completion activity in one timeline.
Release & Reassign: claimer can release back to the queue; admins reassign — both from the drill-down, both logged.
